Registered Behavior Technician (Guaranteed Hours) at ABS Kids summary:

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by implementing individualized behavior plans designed by BCBAs, collecting data, and teaching daily living and social skills. Position is for certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with guaranteed 30 weekday hours, block scheduling, onsite or in-home work, paid drive time, benefits, and a $1,000 signing bonus. Requires current RBT certification, reliable transportation, physical activity, and comfort using data-collection software.

$1,000 signing bonus for experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians. Immediate part-time positions available working onsite in centers or home settings.

This position offers:

• Set weekday schedule: Guaranteed 30 hours
• Block scheduling, working in teams

You will:

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
• Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
• Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve

You have:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB
• No additional experience needed beyond the experienced you gained in the RBT certification process
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Lots of energy, playful, creative
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
• Interested in working the hours: 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm
