Job Description
We are looking for an Office manager for our auto dealership. Our current manager is moving out of state. We would prefer that the applicant have a 2-year degree in accounting and preferably some automotive experience. Duties include posting and closing deals, prepare deals and check for accuracy, knowledge of accounting software to post entries for EFT's, service contracts and ability to check schedules, prepare daily deposits along with bank reconciliation. Also, prepare and submit payroll, monthly and quarterly sales tax. Attention to detail is a must along with good computer and communication skills. We offer a friendly work environment with a good benefits package. Work week is Monday thru Friday - no weekends. Starting yearly salary will be based on experience - 65k - 70k. We also have the possibility of a yearend bonus for a financially profitable year.
