About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a Senior Living Community. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong background in senior living operations, dedicated to driving operational success, financial performance, and providing exceptional care experiences for residents. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring daily community functions, ensuring compliance with all regulations, building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and driving financial excellence through strategic budget management and operational efficiencies. The role also involves championing quality and compliance, enhancing resident and employee satisfaction, and expanding the community's impact through marketing, sales, and engagement with local organizations. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, be licensed as a Licensed Assisted Living Director in the community's state, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within senior living or long-term care. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management skills, comprehensive knowledge of senior care regulations, and exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities. Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and a commitment to the values of hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor are essential.
