Schedule Information:

As an Evening Sanitation Specialist, you will work six (6) days a week during the PM/night shift . Your schedule may rotate and will include weekends.

Typical Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Start time at 10:00 PM

• Saturday: Start time may vary 6:00 AM , 10:00 AM , 3:00 PM , or 4:00 PM

• Sunday: Start time may vary 6:00 AM or 10:00 AM

Flexibility is required, as shift times may change based on operational needs.

As an Evening Sanitation Specialist, you will ensure the cleanliness and safety of our food products by managing all cleaning operations and equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Disassembling and setting up production equipment.
• Cleaning all equipment using COP and CIP systems while verifying proper setup.
• Maintaining inventory of sanitation supplies.
• Utilizing bioluminescence technology for CIP systems verification.
• Documenting necessary information on cleaning logs.
• Conducting basic troubleshooting of sanitation equipment.
• Training new Associates on environmental operations.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area according to GMP and safety standards.
• Operating Richs SCADA system and completing related paperwork.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Six months of experience in Sanitation preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a Self-Directed work team.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• A willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (hot, cold, or wet).

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.73. The actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and shift differentials.
