Grade Level: 5
Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of customer care experience.
Qualifications: Working closely with our extended service contract companies to handle claims, data entry, calling customers with results or helping with scheduling as needed. Taking inbound calls for billing and ESC claims resolutions and inquiries.
Must be an effective communicator with an attention to details, team oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm w/ rotating Saturdays
